Project Scope
- The School Expansion provides a new gymnasium, auxiliary athletics spaces, a learning community, and an outdoor learning terrace.
- Construction of ground + 3 floor approx. total build up area is 3866 sqm.
- The new building is given TKS’ unique indoor space requirements for physical education and athletics due to extreme heat and humidity; new physical education facilities are necessary to support the school’s current program.
- The building is containing sports facilities and GYM, learning facilities, landscape, and outdoor activity areas.
