Design and Construction of Uptime Tier III Data Center civil, mechanical, electrical, etc. works. Construction of collocation Data Center with capacity of 8,000 KW for phase 1-2. Area around 29000 Sqm. Data Center Complex for Gulf Data Hub at the King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST) in their Research and Technology Park (RTP). The masterplan design contain two independent identical buildings with IT load 12 MW For each building which make total for the project 24 MW IT load and total area for each building 12680 m2, each building contain two stories tall containing 8 Data halls 4 For each building. The First Floor contains four data halls 1000 m2 for each building. The ground floor contains eight power rooms providing 1200kW of power to the Data halls and spaces for the support functions to operate the facility.
